I am Felicity Callard, I am a professor in psychosocial studies at Birkbeck, University of London, and a co-founder of USSbriefs. I am voting for Jo Grady because I think her ability to research, think, and act strategically in relationship to industrial relations is unparalleled. Her activism at Leicester, and now at Sheffield, I think has already achieved a huge amount and she is precisely the candidate we need to transform the Union and make it fit to take up the challenges that we are addressing today.
